Four measurements are needed to determine your body fat percentage which are your height, neck, waist and hips measurements. The formula used for women in this calculation is:

100 x ((4.95 / (1.29579 – 0.35004 * log10(waist + hip – neck) + 0.22100 * log10(height))) – 4.5)
