Instructions

Cook rice according to directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Whisk milk and eggs together. Add remaining ingredient. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish.

Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.

Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the egg mixture has solidified (about 30 minutes).
